1. Online Purchases

1a. 3 Hammers Golf use online payment and we do not store any of your credit or debit card details. Our Payment service providers will not use any of your personal information, including credit or debit card information to any third party.
1b. You undertake that all details that you provide to us for the purpose of ordering goods are correct and that the credit/debit card account are your own and have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.
1c. All online payments will receive an email confirmation detailing the transaction. This email will act as your proof of purchase and you should bring it along with you when redeeming your purchase.
1d. If the details of the transaction outlined in the email confirmation does not correspond to the details outlined before such a purchase was made or if the user feels that 3 Hammers Golf Academy have miss sold any such purchase then you must make us aware of this as soon as possible in writing or via email.
1e. 3 Hammers Golf Academy uses https://acuityscheduling.com/ as our booking and payment gateway so you will be redirected here to book and make payment for lessons and gift vouchers.

2. Lesson Booking Policy

2.a Lessons must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
2.b f bookings are made through the Golf Reception, online or directly through one of our Academy professionals, customers will be required to pre-pay in order to confirm the booking.

3. Lesson Cancellation Policy

3a. 48 hours’ notice is required for lesson cancellations.
3b. If more than 48 hours’ notice is given, the lesson may be rescheduled at an appropriate time without penalty.
3c. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the lesson may be deducted from any lesson plans purchased or if the customer has prepaid for a single lesson, the lesson will be lost.
3d. Failure to show up for your booking without prior notice will result in the loss of your lesson booking.
3e. 3 Hammers Golf Academy reserves the right to use this policy at any time at which it might be enforced.

4. Purchase Expiration Policy

4a. All purchase made will be liable to an expiration date.
4b. All lessons expire 6 month from the time of purchase.
4c. If for any reason, you believe that you will not be able to utilise your purchase in this period for example due to injury then please contact us and we will advise the best course of action.
4d. Other than in exceptional circumstances which will be at the discretion of 3 Hammers Golf Academy, purchase will not be extended beyond their stated date of expiry.

5. Refund Policy

5a. Refunds will only be permitted in the following two circumstances;
5b. Exceptional circumstances such as death or serious illness/injury where the user or the intended recipient of a purchase is unable to use within the designated expiry date.
5c. Instances where 3 Hammers Golf Academy has not met its requirements which are outlined in the content of such purchase or which make up these terms and conditions.
5d. Monetary refunds will not be made to users who have been bought purchases as a gift, monetary refunds will only be made to user who purchased such a gift if this entitlement falls within such instances outlined above.
5e. If a user requires a refund then they must make this request in writing to 3 Hammers Golf Academy outlining the reasons for such a request. 3 Hammers Golf Academy will endeavour to resolve such a situation to the satisfaction of both parties if this instance occurs. 3 Hammers Golf Academy will respond to such a request in writing within 7 days.

6. Direct Debits Policy

6a. Signing up for the 3 Hammers Golf Academy Direct Debit Programmes (Including Academy Club Membership) entitles the customer to use the allotted time for golf instruction only.
6b. If a customer does not use their purchased time in a single month it may be rolled onto the following month only. Any outstanding lessons will not be upheld after this single month allowance.
6c. Any direct debit cancellations require a 1 month written notice before the contract is terminated by the instructor.
6d. Any lesson being postponed or rescheduled requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice given to the instructor or 3 Hammers Golf Reception. Any alterations inside this time period may result in the lesson being deducted from your monthly allotted time.
6e. All associated benefits with the direct debit programmes, including ‘Free Supervised Practice’, ‘Free Seminars/Clinics’, ‘Free Lesson Pack’, ‘Invitations to Social Events’ and ‘Discounts on Other Classes’ are additional benefits only . This means customers are not required to attend should they not wish to and are not entitled to receive them each month. If there isn’t a benefit running within a month you are not entitled to any refund.
6f. The Direct Debit Programme is none refundable.
